We begin by exploring the target vision and long term objectives for the project. Our team examines the current environment and interviews key users and support staff to identify shortcomings. Systems assessments conducted annually locate exciting and urgent opportunities for improvement.
Solution Design
Next, we design a detailed solution to help evolve the current state into the optimal state. Each solution is completely customized to the client’s needs, wants, and pain points. Our team designs a solution and implementation plan, then conducts a Preliminary Design Review to get feedback and, if necessary, make refinements.
