WESTBROOK, ME – April 11, 2012 – WGTECH, a value-added reseller that helps companies achieve success with advanced information technology, has teamed with Cisco, NetClarity, and NetApp to bring an event to northern Maine. “IT Without Borders” will help companies learn how to build a network infrastructure that supports mobility, collaboration, and cloud computing services. The companies will host the event in two cities: Presque Isle on April 30, and Bangor on May 1.
“IT Without Borders” will help companies understand how new networking technologies can help companies maximize their information technology investments. It features speakers from three of WGTECH’s vendor partners:
- Cisco will discuss its Borderless Network platform and how it can help small and medium-sized businesses connect people, information, and devices securely, reliably, and seamlessly.
- NetApp will talk about its FAS2000 series of powerful, affordable, and flexible data storage solutions for midsized businesses and distributed enterprise environments.
- NetClarity will explain its NACwall network security appliances, which thwart malicious attempts to gain access to network data.

The Presque Isle event will be on April 30 from 5:00 to 7:30 PM at the Crow’s Nest. The Bangor event will be on May 1 from 11:30 to 2:00 at the Bangor Hilton Garden Inn. The events include food and beverages, and are free for northern Maine businesses. Attendees must register in advance by emailing Events@WGTECH.com and indicating which event they wish to attend.
